M4 Metro Copenhagen -Tunnel Walkways
Supply and installation of 1000 tons of galvanized tunnel walkways for 8,5 km of M4 Metro tunnels. Design adaptation and optimisation.
Supply and installation of over 3000 tons of temporary bracing for excavation purposes. Design and verification of splices and connections. “Flying Launch” push system for Tunnel Boring Machine installation and relocation.
DSB Depots at Copenhagen, Aarhus and Naestved
Installation and adjustment of railing systems at depots. Client Rhomberg Sersa Nordic
Assembly and dissasembly of 120 meter long launching gantry and straddle carrier. Installation of bridge precast segments. Client Rizzani de Eccher-Besix (RBAI JV).
Supply and installation of steel bulkheads for protection of two existing tunnel openings in case of flood. Client JD Steel.
Installation of 14 large scale ventilators and dumpers for metro ventilation system. Client Airteam A/S
M3 Metro Copenhagen -Temporary and Permanent Structures
Installation of over 20.000 tons of temporary steel. Supply and installation of permanent and temporary fixtures.
Supply and installation of over 400 tons of steel structure and over 2000 m2 of decking
Supply and Installation of Technical Rooms, Main Entrance-Steel Structures with installation of decking and insulated panels.
Supplied and installed 3 workshop extensions with panels and policarbonate windows.
